Due to the perishable nature of our fine wines and food products, Beaulieu Vineyard can only accept returns for items that were damaged during transit or contain manufacturing defects. We strive to ensure every bottle arrives in pristine condition to provide you with the ultimate tasting experience.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please carefully examine your shipment for any signs of breakage or leakage before signing for the package.
Contact Guest Services
If you discover a damaged item, notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Receive Replacement or Credit
Once the damaged product is received at our vineyard, we will immediately process a replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
