Where do you ship your wines?
We currently ship to most U.S. states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.
How should I store my Beaulieu Vineyard wine?
To preserve the quality and aging potential of our wines, we recommend storing bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 55°F and 58°F and roughly 70% humidity.
What is your return policy for damaged bottles?
If your wine arrives damaged or is flawed, please contact our Guest Services team within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund depending on inventory availability.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number from UPS or FedEx so you can monitor its progress.
